From the 14th to the 16th of Februrary 2024, Romanian, Greek, and French partners met for the first time for a training session on natural heritage preservation and herbarium creation. Participants were able to learn, thanks to various speakers, about the challenges of preserving natural heritage, as well as the pressures exerted on it. They then learned how to describe and identify a plant, thanks to the presence of an ethnobonatist and a botanist. The next day, a field trip allowed them to discover the plants of scrubland environments, while also raising their awareness about plant harvesting. Finally, the last day was devoted to methods for pressing the plants they had harvested the day before.
