Digitizing 100 plant species through research (scientific and cultural), 360° photography, traditional photography, plant pressing, and illustrating.

General Objective

Foster inclusion and access for youth and youth workers, raise awareness and encourage employability in the field of environmental protection at European level during two years.

Specific Objectives

To set a model of a successful cooperation among various organizations in the field of environmental protection and youth work by developing a strong consortium of partners and a community dedicated to the protection of nature at European level in two years.

Project Results

  • Digital tools and resources for natural heritage in Romania, Greece, and France, including the Herbarium (IO1).
  • Trained youth workers and youth in environmental education and plant preservation methodologies.
  • More aware communities, youth workers, and general public on the importance of natural heritage preservation.
  • Three natural areas cleaned and over 200 trees planted during volunteering activities.
  • Multiplier events and a digital vernissage to share project results​

Site Visits

12 site visits (4 per partner country, 1 visit per season) with young participants, to identify, photograph, and collect plant samples. Visits include activities like plant pressing, scanning, and photographing.​

Volunteering Activities

Cleaning a polluted area (e.g., parks, beaches, or forests) in each partner country.

Tree planting events (1 event in each country).
